Donesha J Winters is the Founder and CEO of Donesha J Winters Enterprise, dba (TDMGMT), which is a diverse influencer talent agency that specializes in digital marketing and branding.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Donesha received her Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2014 and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Southern University in 2017. Donesha got her start in Entertainment and Media in 2012 when landing a promotions job withAlpha Media in San Antonio, TX. Upon graduating with her MBA, she received an internship offer at a top public relations agency in Hollywood, CA and was later offered a full time position as the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder. She worked with high profile talent such as: Serena Williams, Janelle Monae' and BenStiller, just to name a few. After working at the PR firm from some time, she switched gears and went into television PR for Turner Broadcasting where she worked on shows for TNT and TBS. Donesha later moved back to Houston, TX once her business was growing.

The need and why for TDMGMT is because diverse creators are not getting the pay and recognition they deserve. Being on the agency side in corporate America for 7 years, she saw the in and outs of public relations and influencer marketing and have discovered the huge gaps in diverse creators pay and grew a passion be the voice needed to get them accurate pay.
